Luftkompressorutrustning för CZPT Reservdelar
Lågspänningsventilen består av ventilhuset, ventilkärnan, fjädern, tätningsringen, justerskruven etc. Den installeras vid oljeseparatorns utlopp. Dess funktion är att förhindra att trycket i oljeseparationstanken faller under 0,4 MPa. Tryckluften som innehåller olja kan delas upp större i separatorn och minskningen av smörjolja kan minskas. Samtidigt kan den säkerställa den gaskraft som krävs för att skapa oljetrycket. Lågspänningsventilen fungerar också som en envägsventil för att förhindra att tryckluften i systemet flödar tillbaka när systemet stängs av. Hålltrycket på lågspänningsventilen justeras innan den lämnar tillverkningsanläggningen. Om hålltrycket ändras på grund av en längre användningstid kan det justeras med justerskruven på ventilen.
