鍛造平歯車の設計方法

平歯車の鍛造
平歯車の鍛造は、自動車用トランスミッション部品において最も重要な工程の一つです。製造工程は複雑で、ブランクの球状化処理、熱間鍛造、焼鈍、リン酸塩処理、鹸化処理など、複数の工程を経ます。平歯車の材料は通常20CrMnTiです。この工程は、サイジングバンドの長さLとスプリットアングルの厚さTに合わせて設計された金型を用いて、連続押出成形法を適用することで完了します。
平歯車の鍛造工程では、ギアの製造に一般的に使用される強度の高いプラスチックであるポリアセタール（POM）を使用することもできます。この材料は成形が容易で、硬化後は極めて剛性が高く、耐摩耗性に優れています。平歯車には、鍛鋼、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウムなど、様々な金属や合金が使用されています。以下に、ギア製造に使用される様々な材料と、それぞれの長所と短所を挙げます。
平歯車の歯の大きさはモジュール（m）で表されます。それぞれの数字は歯車の歯数を表します。歯数が増えると、歯数も大きくなります。一般的に、歯数が多いほどモジュールは大きくなります。高モジュール歯車は圧力角が大きくなります。また、平歯車は、駆動する歯車と同じモジュールを持つ必要があることも覚えておくことが重要です。
セットスクリュースパーギア

平歯車は、歯がシャフトと軸に平行であることが特徴で、ピッチ線速度は最大25m/sと高速とされています。さらに、同サイズのヘリカルギアよりも効率に優れています。ヘリカルギアとは異なり、平歯車は一般的に正歯車とみなされます。騒音制御が問題にならない用途でよく使用されます。平歯車の対称性により、一定速度が求められる用途に特に適しています。
伝動装置にはヘリカルスパーギアを使用するほか、標準的な歯形を持つギアも使用できます。ヘリカルギアとは異なり、インボリュート歯形を持つスパーギアは歯底が太いため、歯の摩耗を防ぎます。これらのギアは、従来の製造工具で容易に製造できます。インボリュート歯形は小規模生産に最適であり、スパーギアの中でも最も人気のある形状の一つです。
スプライン平歯車
使用される平歯車の種類を検討する際には、これら2つの違いに注意することが重要です。平歯車はインボリュート歯車とも呼ばれ、トルクを発生し、速度を調整します。自動車のエンジンで最も一般的ですが、日用品にも使用されています。しかし、平歯車の最大の欠点の一つは騒音です。平歯車は一度に1つの歯しか噛み合わないため、大きな応力と騒音が発生し、日常的な使用には適していません。
接触応力分布図は、各歯車歯の側面面積と、軸方向および歯形方向の距離を表しています。歯車の中心に向かって接触面積が大きくなりますが、これは歯車の微細形状によるものです。l値が正の場合、スプライン歯と螺旋歯の接触面におけるずれがないことを示します。l値が負の場合、その逆になります。
アブドゥルとディーンは、上界法を用いて平歯車の鍛造を研究しました。彼らは歯形が直線であると仮定し、スプラインの無次元鍛造圧力も調べました。スプライン平歯車は、モーター、ギアボックス、ドリルなどに広く使用されています。平歯車とスプラインの強度は、主にその半径と歯径に依存します。
SUS303およびSUS304ステンレス鋼製平歯車
ステンレス鋼製平歯車は、材質と用途に応じて様々な製造方法で製造されます。最も一般的な製造方法は切削です。その他の製造方法としては、圧延、鋳造、鍛造などがあります。また、プラスチック製の平歯車は、生産量に応じて射出成形で製造されます。SUS303およびSUS304ステンレス鋼製平歯車は、構造用炭素鋼S45C、ねずみ鋳鉄FC200、非鉄金属C3604、エンジニアリングプラスチックMC901、ステンレス鋼など、様々な材料で製造できます。
SUS304とSUS303ステンレス鋼の平歯車の違いは、その組成にあります。この2種類のステンレス鋼は共通の設計ですが、化学組成が異なります。中国と日本では、組成の度合いの違いを表すためにSUS304とSUS303という記号が使用されています。ほとんどのステンレス鋼と同様に、この2つの異なるグレードは、遊星歯車や平歯車などの産業用途で使用するために作られています。
ステンレス鋼製平歯車
